Prosecution rests....

How do you feel that Mark Chutkow with the government did in his closing rebuttal?

With regards to the state's closing rebuttal, it was well thought out and factual (evidence based) where it mattered most. The open questions left for the jury to answer were strongly suggestive of obvious guilt. The visual aides were good, with the altered document video a powerful and compelling tactic. Brilliant!

~Kilp~ here,
The government/prosecution's rebuttal, in my opinion, went very well. Chutkow's rebuttal was well laid, evidence based on facts, the altered document/s near the end, was a most powerful statement. Left the court room, spectators, jurors gasping. Was a brilliant move to end on. The quoted speech by Eunice Kennedy Shriver drove it all home, for me, his handling of the last word, was most compelling.
