Hi Yuma, this is Dan400Man. I think bloggerville was exhausted after today's arguments. I know I was. I played catch-up at work until a few hours ago. It made me realize just how glad I was that the testimony phase of the trial only went half-days!

I thought today's arguments went very well for the prosecution. Will have to balance it against defenses' closing arguments, as will the jury. Defense better bring more than "all the witnesses are liars" or the jury should have a short deliberation.

I just can't fathom that an honest, intelligent jury won't convict on most charges. I really don't see acquittals on all charges. I think a hung jury is very much a possibility, and if you've got a juror voting to acquit on all charges, well, that would explain the smugness and "why am I here" attitudes of the defendants.

I also think/hope that the feds will pursue retrials for charges for which judgements are not rendered. I have several lines of thought should that occur but won't go into detail at this point. Hopefully, the jury returns enough guilty verdicts that put all three of these thugs in prison for a minimum of 10 years.

Dan400Man, I totally agree. While the defense closing a are ongoing, the idea that the government witnesses were all flawed and liars is not a good one
Better have more
In addition, if I WERE KKs lawyer, I'd have shut him out of all SM during trial. This guy doesn't and will not 'surrender' his ego, pride, and arrogance
