i'll never understand how the jury didn't find him guilty on the RICO charges. sure seemed like there was enough to garner that conviction. the judge seemed to agree on that point also. maybe those 15 months will straighten his arse out. hard telling with this crew. amazes me that a man with no job or responsibilities can have 3 months to 'get his affairs in order' before 'turning himself in' in jan 2014.
