Question about race leads to tension and shoving in Kilpatrick case (Video): Fox 2's M.L. Elrick asks defense attorney Mike Rataj if he thought the "government was racist." Rataj never answered the question but he did shove Elrick outside the courthouse.

While this was exciting to watch, I was glad to see them bury the hatchet on "Let It Rip." Just a spillover of emotions...the respect they have for each other as professionals was evident.
