Thanks Anon! Make sure to read page 12, second paragraph...Bloggers are mentioned!
It's interesting. I was on the blog for the majority of the trial, and, at the very least read the thread every day if I couldn't join in live. NEVER did I see comments like the ones mentioned in the Motion. Jim Schaefer did an EXCELLENT job of moderating the blog.
Never was there mention of lynching in Hart Plaza, etc., etc. Now, having said that, I did see comments about articles that were full of vitriol on both the Freep and Detroit News websites. However, the blog did not contain this. So, there's at least ONE error in KK's Motion.
I'm pretty flattered to be included in court documents...LOL
bloggers "approaching the defense team and Mr. Kilpatrick..." LOL, is he referring to Lil Ricki hitting on the Bulldog? haha. That's funny right there.
