"Rigors of the trial?" What the ???? He flew home (to TX) on "buddy passes." Why not fly the wife & kids up on those same "buddy passes?" They can visit him "here." Isn't that what all the other family members of all the other criminal prisoners do? They - the family - go to see "the criminals" in prison. How much did this sage advice (argument to be let out until sentencing) cost the tax payers? He certainly feels he's some kind of "special" doesn't he? How about during the trial, when he was staying at Mom's place.. why didn't Carlita & kids come here (to MI)? They could've all stayed at Mom's & been one, big happy family together. This is beyond ridiculous. I would be embarassed as an attorney to have to go before a judge a third time, begging for the same redundant thing I've/we've already been told "NO" to, loud & clear. Maybe he fell and hurt his ears on that prison van step-up, because his hearing seems to have been affected! Kilp out.
